Your Watch Deserves Careful Attention
Whether it is a daily sports piece needing a post-season clean, an heirloom movement due for service, or a diving instrument requiring calibrated testing — we are happy to take a look and discuss what the work involves.
Some things people often ask before bringing a watch in.
How long does a standard mechanical service take?
Most mechanical services are completed within two to three weeks from the date the watch is received. Marine chronometer and diver calibration work takes four to six weeks due to the additional testing and regulation steps involved.
Do you need to see the watch before confirming a service?
For beach-wear refreshes and standard mechanical services, the listed prices apply directly. For the marine chronometer service, a brief inspection is helpful if the watch has an unusual case construction or unknown service history. We can discuss this when you contact us.
Will the watch be polished during servicing?
Case and bracelet polishing is optional and is always discussed with the owner first. Many collectors prefer to preserve the original surface character. We will note the option in the condition report, and the decision is yours.
Do you work on quartz and battery-powered watches?
Our current services are focused on mechanical movements and water-resistance testing. Quartz battery replacements and basic quartz cleaning can be discussed on enquiry, though they are not listed as a separate service at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in Thai Baht, bank transfer, and PromptPay. Payment is made on collection of the watch after the service is complete and you have reviewed the condition report.
Is my watch safe while it is in your workshop?
The workshop is a secure, temperature-controlled space. Watches are logged on arrival and kept in individual compartments throughout the service period. We recommend that valuable pieces are insured by the owner for transit, as is standard practice.
